Casa Karma is a 4 level villa with an elevator that descends down to the pool and living room on the beach level. The spectacular views from the living room and terrace offer a wonderful place to relax and watch the sunset. The indoor pond adds to the tropical ambiance and relaxed feel of the house.
Right in front of the living room is a lovely terrace with a beautiful heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, wet bar and private sandy sunning area. There is also a private gated staircase leading down to the beach and bay below.
Each of the six bedrooms have private baths and their own terraces with expansive views of the ocean. Four bedrooms have king beds, one queen and one room with twin beds.
The villa also features a multimedia room/office with internet access, air-conditioning throughout, a first class kitchen, television and centralized stereo system. The villa also has a state of the art water purification system throughout, including all showers.
